Return Terms
You can send the purchases made from our site to our store in USA after requesting a return within 14 days. Returns come to our store in the USA and you will receive your refund within 3 days.
For any other reasons, returns will not be accepted. Items will be double checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered.
Products cannot be returned under these conditions:
- Cleaning and drying the products under the conditions that do not comply with the washing instructions on the labels,
- Alterations, deformations or deterioration of the original design of the product is not covered by the warranty.
- If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or the product has been used, return of the product will not be accepted.
In the event that the products you send remain to the customs, the responsibility rests to customers, wessi.com does not accept any responsibility in such a case.
