1. How can I place an order?

If you have not been a member yet, you can order by creating a quick membership from our website.

- Choose the products you like and add them to your shopping cart.
- After you select the products, click on the "go to cart" button. You can checks your selections on screen that opens before you complete your order.
- After filling in your delivery address and billing address, click "go to pay" button and enter your credit / debit card informations on the payment screen. You can also make a bank transfer or use PayPal
- After you complete your order, you will be given an order number by the system on the new page you are directed to. We recommend that you note down your order number to track the status of your order.

2. I'm not sure which size to choose.

In our web site, there is a button called "Find My Sizes" in each product. When you enter your height and weight information in this section, our system compares your measurements with other customers who have already made purchases. So you can get an idea by seeing customers preferences who have same measurements as you are. Our system works 99% correctly. A kind remind, our entire collection is slim-fit, so it is a normal result if you see size 1 size larger than your regular cut suit size.

3. What are your payment methods?

You can place an order on our website by debit / credit card, bank transfer or PayPal

If you choose to pay by bank wire, our account informations will open when you select the bank transfer option on the payment section. When making a transfer, you must fill in your name as instuructions. If you forgot to write your name, you can contact our customer services with your order number which will be sent to your e-mail address. Or you may forward us your receipt to avoid any possible delay.

If you prefer to pay with your debit / credit card; card has to be enabled for international transaction and card has to have sufficient funds.
4. Can I make changes in my order? / Can I add products to my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can add your second order in your package. You can reach our customer service from our whatsapp support line via +905061530727.

5. Where can I see the status of my order? / How can i track my order?

After logging in, you can see the status of the products and the logistics firm tracking number under "My Orders" seciton. If you have forgotten your membership information, you can make an inquiry from the logistics company with the cargo tracking number that our customer representatives will give you.

6. How can i receive my package if the courier does not find me at the delivery address?

Your order can be delivered to someone at the address who can receive it for you. If the courier doesn't find anybody at the address, it will return to logistics firms branch office.
7. Will i be charged for customs duties and taxes?

Duty is a tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Due to it is an international trade, this is a tax that your government might get at the destination country and it is not related with our firm. When you are shopping at our website, you will only be paying value of the item and shipping fee. Taxes should be paid at the destination country through the logistics firm. They based generally on the value of goods or upon the weight, dimensions, or some other criteria of the item. Because of that we kindly recommend you to ask approximate amount to your local logistics firm or custom offices in your country.

8. What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, returns are not acceptable out of Turkey since the custom and shipping expenses are high. If the erroneous or defective item is delivered, the item can be returned if you confirm to bear custom and shipping cost. For any other reasons, returns will not be accepted. Items will be double checked and erroneous or defective items will not be delivered.
